It can accommodate more than 6 people and provides all modern facilities, where a touch of old and a touch of new is highly evident throughout the villa giving it an aura of class and elegance.

The 360 degree views change as the light of the day adds different perspectives to the undulating landscape of olive groves, the proud backdrop of the White Mountains and the sparkling sea of Souda Bay.

A PLACE TO INSPIRE 

The residence is undoubtedly impressive. It is built entirely of local stone to resemble the Greek fortified houses of the past era with its moat effect walkway, bridged patio and wide interior and exterior archways.

Surrounded by private grounds of 4000 square meters including private olive groves, the villa has a traditional countrified setting.

The interior and exterior is designed and built by renowned local architect and builder. Special attention has been paid to every detail to create a unique retreat, while the exquisite carpentry has been designed and hand-carved from solid oak by local craftsmen to suit the needs.

The theme of the villa is an open rose which is particularly evident in the wood carvings, especially in the master bedroom, with its high vaulted ceilings, romantic lighting and sumptuous four-poster queen-sized bed, ideal for those romantic couples.

The place has in total three spacious bedrooms; a master on the first floor with its own bathroom with shower, a mezzanine level, where a wooden staircase leads to a cozy living room and a baby cot.

Upstairs there is another room with two single beds and its own bathroom. On the lower floor it’s the third bedroom with two single beds, a spacious bathroom, large lounge with living room and library, a small kitchen, and an utility room with washing machine. This level and even has its own separate entrance.

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan sitting room and dining area leading to patio and pool terraces, a fully equipped kitchen and a cloakroom.
