The villa has a total surface of 410sq.m., built within a 2,000sq.m. land, enclosed with a carven stone wall for security.

The ground floor extends to 120 sq.m. and includes the main entrance, grand living room with fireplace, dining room, a large kitchen, a WC made of semi-precious stone ‘onyx’, a desk and a huge terrace.

Large windows create a movie screen effect with leather sofas and double sized armchairs for ultimate comfort.

An impressive oak staircase connects the three floors of the house. The first extends equally 120 sq.m. and includes almost all bedrooms which have spacious terraces with unobstructed views.
