A PLACE TO INSPIRE
On the ground floor, you can see an elegantly lounge area accompanied by a comfortable dining room and an independent fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal to create culinary delights. which also comes with a dishwasher. This level also features a WC.
On the first floor, there are the bedrooms and a second bigger bathroom which comes with a washing machine. The master bedroom with the king size bed and the other two bedrooms (two single beds in each) offer a unique view of the Trani Ammouda bay and the evergreen garden of the resort.
The villa features air-condition units, ceiling fans in all rooms and the terrace on the ground floor, flat-screen TV, dvd player, HiFi system, hair dryer, ventilator, while guests get free wi-fi and free parking for two cars.
You shall also find personal care packaging in the bathroom while in the kitchen, Greek traditional products and fruits are provided. The villa includes a safe and an iron is provided upon request.
Next to the main entrance of the villa there is a guest room available, a small studio which features its own separate entrance, a double bed, bathroom and all the amenities such as: flat screen TV, air-condition, ceiling fan, refrigerator and equipment for coffee. The guest room is available with an extra charge.

LOCATION
The villa is just 10 meters from Trani Ammouda or Livrochio, one of the biggest beaches of Sithonia region, right outside Agios Nikolaos and really close to Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou.
It is an amazing sand beach with clean, sapphire waters. At the northern part of the beach, in the small cape, there are the ruins of a Byzantine tower, which was probably part of a monastery. It is worth taking a walk up to this location, and explore the place by enjoying the view of the beach and the Mount Athos Gulf.
At the port of Ormos Panagias, 1000 meters from the villa, you can find fish shops where they sell fresh fish daily supplied by local fishermen. The area of Sithonia, Halkidiki is ideal for exploration and trekking tours.
Moreover, you can take the boat from the Ormos Panagias and have the tour of Mount Athos peninsula. Last but not least, you can visit the Agios Arsenios and Timios Prodromos Monastery, at 10km distance in Metamorfosi, as well as the Monastery of Panagia at Ormilia.
