The house has a total area of 120 square meters, divided into two levels. At the first level, the ground floor stretches as a single space for living room, dining room and kitchen, designed to make you feel at home. The space is equipped with both air conditioning and a fireplace for comfortable and enjoyable hospitality.
In the kitchen, you will find full equipment for all your needs. The highly aesthetic design and the professional decoration intend to give your stay hints of relaxation and luxury at the same time. At the first level, there is also a bedroom able to accommodate up to two persons with a double or two single beds and a WC.
If you go upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with a total capacity of four persons, as well as a WC with bathtub.
Let yourself relax by taking your morning coffee on the balcony of the first floor, with the musical accompaniment of the nightingales and the amazing views over the blue waters of Kassandra. Challenge yourself in cooking competitions in the outdoor roofed gazebo (kiosk) equipped with kitchen and barbecue.

The villa is located in Kassandra, the first of the three peninsulas of the prefecture, in a private area surrounded by olive trees. It is a shelter for quiet and peace. It is also key-positioned between two tourist resorts in the region, Polychrono and Hanioti, thus providing access to all amenities and facilities offered in a densely populated area.
Polychrono is a seaside resort offering amenities of a cosmopolitan center, able to meet your every desire. It is an attraction for visitors of all ages due to the amazing beach, which extends for 2km and hosts tens of beach bars. Along the busy coastal road, you can also take advantage of the services offered by hundreds of catering shops and entertainment centers.
