A PLACE TO INSPIRE 

The villa is developed on two levels. The upper level comprises of the main living room, the kitchen and dining area, a full bathroom with a shower, as well as the internal attic. On the living area of approx. 40 sq.m., there is a large 4-5 people sofa with an additional armchair that can be turned into bed. Next to them, is a sofa table and across them a TV table with a 32 in TV set, providing satellite reception with more than 500 channels.

The kitchen is of modern design with built-in appliances and all the required conveniences and equipment. It includes a table for 8 people and a table-bench as additional sitting space/cooking area. The internal attic has an area of 16 sq.m. and hosts a double bed.

Both through the kitchen and the living area, there are large balcony doors leading to the main veranda. The veranda of 35 sq.m provides fully uninterrupted view to the Ionian Sea and the forest area surrounding the house. A large wooden table of 8-10 people is provided.

The lower level comprises of the two main bedrooms, a smaller area of storage and the main bathroom. The first bedroom of 35 sq.m, includes a double bed, a two-deck bunk, a desk with a bookcase, large storage facilities and a drawer-table with a mirror. The second bedroom includes a double bed, large storage facilities and a drawer-table. Both bedrooms are provided with a ceiling fan and they lead to a smaller balcony below the main veranda.

The bathroom is large and comfortable with a bath tub. Finally, the smaller storage space is ideal for left luggage area or other large items. On the corridor, there are also some small kitchen cupboards.
