Ideal to accommodate up to 8 people, it promises to travel you away from the routine of the city, while relaxing in your private pool under the warm Greek sun.

Large windows and doors offer dreamy views of the blue waters, while the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy romantic dinners by candlelight and sparkling veil of stars.

 

A PLACE TO INSPIRE

 

The first thing you notice when you enter this fantastic home of 220 sq.m is the spacious two living rooms decorated with high quality furniture and large glass windows around, that allow you to enjoy throughout the day the infinite blue of the Ionian sea and the breathtaking Greek sky.

In that same ground floor there is a modern kitchen which leads directly off the dining area and is fully equipped with everything a comfortable home needs. On the kitchen table they can dine 8-10 people and on the dining room table 14-16 people. There is also a double bedroom with a queen size bed and a fully equipped bathroom, while the house has in total 3 bathrooms.

Upstairs there are two modern bedrooms with queen size beds which share a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a master bedroom with its own bathroom. All bedrooms have an astonishing view to the Ionian Sea.

Large balconies help you to enjoy the amazing sound of the waves on both floors. The lighted pool of over 70 sq.m. and garden complete the picture of absolute tranquility.  The garden is colourful, with a large impressive stone table near the kitchen, where they can dine up to 14 people being among the mature trees and flowers.

LOCATION

The villa is located on a cliff over Agios Ioannis beach in Lefkada island, with a spectacular view to the Ionian Sea and only 300m from the sea.

The beach of Agios Ioannis (St. John) is located in a small distance from the town of Lefkada and nearby is the church of St. John Antzousi.

Next to the beach of Agios Ioannis (that is also called as "Ai Giannis") there is one more beach that is called "Miloi" ("mills"), where you can see the stone windmill of photo above.

The beach "Miloi" is a meeting place for fans of kitesurfing, because at that point the wind is usually suitable for a water sport like that.
