A newly built villa at the foot of Taygetos, in a verdant slope firs, in a space of high aesthetics where you can relax with the sounds of the forest.

The magnificent view to the deep blue of the outdoor sofas with the colorful cushions, is the treasure everyone is looking to see at the sunset, while the carved jacuzzi is an inventive decoration with charismatic style on the cliff.

The villa has been designed both externally and internally by the local stone of Mani with simple lines, while the decor is based primarily at the Feng Shui philosophy.

A PLACE TO INSPIRE 

 

The villa is developed on two levels. The living room features the ground floor including, dining area, fireplace and doors to a private terrace with hot tube and space for outdoor dining. The kitchen, set in the side of the room, is well equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher.

On the same level, there is also a bedroom with double bed (that can be converted into two single beds), a bathroom with a full-size bathtub, air condition and a flat screen TV.

The upper floor has two more bedrooms. One is with twin beds (2X90cm wide) and shower room. The other one is with a double bed, a further shower room and access to the upper terrace with panoramic views. Both include a TV and air conditioning.

The furniture give also a tone of luxury, while the apparent stone in irregular shapes on the walls, wooden floors and wooden ceiling, emphasizes at the traditional character of the atmosphere.

The house is facing the open horizon and is flooded with light all day, but in the evening when the lights create a romantic setting, the building looks majestic.

The villa has received diamond certificate Vital Energy, the company’s world-renowned professor, architect and Geo-biologist Dr Lim. This is the highest distinction that concerns the integrity of compliance with the specifications Feng Sui.

The villa is within walking distance from the most idyllic beaches and all kind of facilities in Stoupa. Taverns, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are also within walking distance, but the property doesn’t lose its calm and discreet isolation at all.

The location is suitable for daily excursions at many places of archaeological and historical interest, such as the inside villages of Mani, the Dirou Caves, the ancient Olympia and Mystras.
