The private villa in Mykonos is located on a hill 300 meters above the sea with stunning views.

Τhe area is named  «Natura» by the Greek Government and no further construction is allowed any more in order to preserve the natural beauty.

This house has the unique advantage of complete privacy and there is no neighbor ‘’noise’’ as there are very few houses in the area. Nearby you will find famous nightclubs, clubs and restaurants of Mykonos!

Villa Joy includes 5 bedrooms and it combines the quite primitive aspect of Cyclades.

This exclusive villa rests on a private land of 8000 square meters, at about 300m from the water’s edge, overlooking the bay of Ftelia opposite the sandy beaches of Panormos and Agios Sostis.

The villa is furnished in a unique way and offers luxury amenities. Both the layout and the location will offer you excellent vacations and memorable moments through relaxation or if you prefer many parties with your friends.

It is built on two levels and has four independent suites with separate entrances and a stone bedroom and bathroom on the north side of the main structure.

On the upper level is the beautiful terrace with the pergola and the infinity pool which are oriented towards the sunset.

A stone covered parking area with a stone staircase and beautiful plants leads to the upper apartment which is on the same level with the pergola area and pool.

The pergola is large enough to accommodate twelve people (12) for lunch or dinner and is located next to the pool area.

The infinity pool (4,5 x 15 meters) surrounded with teak  sun loungers, a teak sofa  and an  outdoor teak shower.

The outdoor main stairway external leads to three spacious guesthouses and the stone built room on the ground level all surrounded by a beautiful veranda.

The beautiful beaches of Mykonos are located nearby.

Ftelia Beach is 5 minutes and the ‘’Kalo Livadi’’ or Elia beach are about 15 minutes by car.

Also in walking distance is the village of Ano Mera.
