This unique house dates back to 1857. It has been meticulously restored over the last few years with a main focus of preserving and highlighting the architectural structure and original layout of the building, while at the same time providing modern aesthetics and accommodation standards.

Following the Byzantine layout, the house is rectangular and split over three levels. The ground floor is made up of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, also a bathroom and guest bathroom. A stone staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor via a small private inner terrace.

The first floor has a sitting area that leads on to the master bedroom, and has a wooden staircase leading up to the top floor. A small WC is located under the wooden staircase. The top floor is a beautiful bright versatile space.

It can be used either as a bedroom with a sitting room area or the whole space can be configured as a living room. A solid wooden door opens out to the terrace, sheltered from the prevailing northern winds, offering magnificent views of Profitis Ilias, the Aegean Archipelago and sunsets over the neighboring island of Ikaria.
