The villa is laid throughout in local stone, set in its own private grounds among shrubs, terraced gardens and patios. This 2-storey attractively furnished property, is a perfect choice for families with teenage children or friends, wishing to retain privacy.

The ground floor veranda leads you to the inviting shimmering private swimming pool, with a large terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. From the first floor’s veranda, there is an unhindered breathtaking view of the east coast.

The villa extends over two levels and the ground floor comprises: a bedroom with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with dining area. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom for extra convenience.

The grounds around the villa have been paved in local Paxiot stone, continuing around the private swimming pool and large terraces, the olive trees offering dappled shade.
