This villa is located on the hill of St. Emilianos, 7 km from Porto Heli (10 min driving) and each of one has its own swimming pool with a panoramic view of Spetses Island.

They are built with high quality standards and architecture, but also are decorated elegantly with a unique and minimal style.

Each villa has comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and large outdoor area with private pool and garden furniture.
