This cool, delightful house has an exceptional panoramic view over the port, the Aegean, the neighbouring island of Sifnos, the beach of Leivadakia and the nearby village of Ramos. Its charm lies in its traditional architecture, splendid old furniture and attractive interior design. The building was awarded first prize for a summer dwelling in the Cyclades by the Ministry of Town Planning and the Environment.
Arranged on 2 floors, its 104 square meters can sleep from 6 to 7 people.
A PLACE TO INSPIRE
The upper floor consists of a sitting room, large bedroom with its own bath and a spacious verandah with an open view to the sea and a marble table that seats 8 people.
The second bedroom also has its own bathroom and linen closet. All bedrooms have air conditions and ceiling fans.
The ground floor has an extra-large living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room as well as a third bedroom with its own bath in the courtyard.
The house is 15 minutes’ walk from the port and 10 minutes’ from Leivadakia beach, which is large but quiet since no wheeled vehicles are permitted, and shaded by lots of tall tamarisks.
SPECIAL FEATURES
In the yard of the ground floor there is a traditional wood oven. There is always a person able to help you and show you how to use it so that you can enjoy your traditional cooking.
On the terrace there is a comfortable sitting area where you can enjoy your evening coffee or your cocktail at night staring the stars.

LOCATION
The house is 15 minutes’ walk from the port and 10 minutes’ from Leivadakia beach. There you can find restaurants, taverns, cafeterias and bars, almost all serving by the sea-side.
Overlooking the port bay is the capital Hora. It is one of the most interesting Cycladic villages, renowned for its traditional architecture.
Many other lovely beaches are also within easy reach by car: Karavi, Kalo Ambeli, Vayia, Ganema, Mega Leivadi, Sykamia, Platys Gialos, Ai Yiannis, Psili Ammos and Agios Sostis.
The white buildings of the Hora spill down the hill above the port. It΄s considered one of the most spectacularly beautiful villages of Cyclades.
The port has everything you could wish or need in terms of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars and almost all of them have tables in the sand at the water’s edge.
