There are in total four bedrooms, of which: two bedrooms are on the first floor and one large double bedroom and one single bedroom on the ground floor. All of them have ceiling fans and unobstructed views.

The villa has also three spacious modern bathrooms. There is a large and spacious open plan living- dining with a very well equipped kitchen with electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and all facilities.

Its shaded patio is the ideal place for your summer family meals, while its fantastic view makes it among the most beautiful houses of the island.

LOCATION 

 

Almost five km from island’s “capital” Hora, with a unique location in Serifos, this residence is a balcony with stunning views of the Aegean Sea.

Located in Ramos area, which is the closest settlement to Livadi. The distance from the port is about 900m. and 400. only from the two most beautiful beaches, Livadakia and Karavi.

Just five minutes from the villa is the nearest tavern, while also nearby are several cafes and restaurants.

In the center of the town is worth visiting the church of Panagia Ramou, but if you find yourself here between the middle of August, do not miss a walk at the festival of Virgin Mary on 14 August.

The sophisticated elegance, the calm living and the short trips to the enchanting beaches of Serifos, guarantee a stay away from clichés.
