A PLACE TO INSPIRE 

 

The property is spacious, fully furnished and tastefully decorated over two floors. As you enter into the villa, you are greeted by a vast open plan living space which includes a bright kitchen, spacious dining area and expansive living room. The kitchen is set on beautiful Spanish ceramic tiles and is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you could desire (stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher).

The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 en-suite bathroom, 1 family bathroom plus a further W.C. The double bedrooms feature king size beds with Cocomat mattresses, while they can also be arranged as twin bedrooms if required.

Carefully designed with the glorious Mediterranean climate in mind, all the rooms lead out to terraces or the garden, with views over the private infinity pools and connecting jacuzzi. The villa also has a fully equipped BBQ, outdoor dining area and plenty of soft sunbeds to relax on.

The villa is located on the peninsula of Pounta, surrounded by ancient pine trees, olive groves and a large garden of flowers. The breathtaking views over the picturesque town of Skiathos and the neighboring Sporades islands will stay with you forever.

The villa is strategically located on the top (110m above the sea) of the peninsula of Pounta overlooking the striking town of Skiathos Island.

Cleverly positioned on this envied hilltop allows for an 180-degree stunning view of the sea, the town and harbor as well as neighboring islands.

It is surrounded by lush Mediterranean pine and olive trees until the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

The villa is located only 2 km away from Skiathos Town and port, a heavenly 20-minute walk or a 5-minute car ride.

Less than a 5-minute car ride to the Alexandros Papadiamantis International Airport and less than 1km away from Xanemos, the nearest beach (there is actually a small beach below the villas, however less frequented).
