Especially if you are looking for villas in Zante (Zakynthos) with private pool! The villa, a two-story air conditioned building with elevator, has wooden floors throughout and can accommodate eight (8) to ten (10) persons.

The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, ‘captain’s corner’ sitting area, a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a store room, guests’ WC and a single guestroom with shower and WC. In front of the whole of the ground floor facing the sea, is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea.

The upper floor consists of three guest rooms and one large office with stone fireplace. Upon request can be converted to a bedroom / office. The master bedroom has suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, ladies boudoir, private playroom (multi gym, bike, and pink pong table and dart board).
The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi.
Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout. All three bedrooms open out onto large verandas with all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle).

This villa is set upon a ridge over the Ionian Sea overlooking Marathonisi Island with a magnificent unobstructed view of the azure blue sea, approx. 200 meters from the nearest beach.
It is built upon a hillside and is situated in a natural forest of pine and fir, on a plot of approx. 10,000 square meters, providing an environment of peace, tranquility and privacy.

The estate and grounds are also available for hire for social events: wedding receptions, exclusive dinners, parties etc.
This villa is located 17km far from the airport, 18 km from the port and 200m from the beach.
