The villa has a size of 130 sq.m. and is consisted of two floors. The ground floor features a dining/living room area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with: electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge, iron/ironing facilities, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment.

The bedroom, which is tastefully furnished offers a double bed, wardrobe, TV and its own balcony. On the living room area, there is a large sofa, as well as a fireplace, TV, dvd player and a cd player. The bathroom offers a washbasin, toilet and a bathtub.

Through the inner staircase, guests can have access to the first floor, which is consisted of two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms.

The master bedroom offers a double bed, safety box, big wardrobe, beauty mirror, TV, patio doors and an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub. The second bedroom features two single beds, WC with shower, wardrobe and TV. The whole of the villa is fully air-conditioned.

On the exterior, the residence offers a private space of 1000 sq.m. with a private pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, kiosk area, BBQ and a private parking.

LOCATION 

 

The villa is located in Anafonitria village in the northwest side of Zakynthos island. Anafonitria is a picturesque little village with a distinct traditional architecture and peaceful atmosphere, while its distance form Zakynthos Town is at about 28 km.

At the port of "Porto Vromi", just 4 km from the villa, you can get an organized cruise to the famous Navagio (Shipwreck) beach with the crystal-clear waters or you can just rent a boat on your own.

In a walking distance from the villa, there is a plethora of taverns where you can taste fresh fish, local dishes and traditional Greek cuisine. There are also traditional tourist shops with lots of local products.

The Greek Orthodox monastery of Anafonitria, where Saint Dionysios lived for many years, really worths a visit.

Also, the villa is at about 10 km. from the beach and the port of Agios Nikolaos (where boats leave for Kefalonia) and 32 km. from Zakynthos Airport.
